In organizing a corporate event, the focus is on the purpose of the event, and for this purpose the conference room must necessarily meet a few basic conditions. It should be spacious enough for the number of participants planned, it should be equipped with all the necessary furniture and equipment, the atmosphere and design should keep a minimalist style, so as not to distract the audience. More recently, a conference room must have space for serving a fourchette or coffee break and a kitchen, to prepare the snacks requested during these breaks.
